Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact our Customer Care Department at 03 71 51 61 as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in arranging a replacement.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned only if they:

  • Are unopened and unused.
  • Are in their original retail packaging.
  • Are returned within 5 days of the original purchase date.
  • Include a valid Return Management Authorization (RMA) number issued by our Customer Care Department.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact Customer Care at 03 71 51 61 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
  2. Obtain a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the approved return to the provided address.

Returns received without an approved RMA may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 15 days. A confirmation email or notification will be sent once your return has been completed.

Replacement Processing

Approved replacement orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Incorrect Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products ordered incorrectly by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Purchases from Authorized Partners

Products purchased from authorized IMAGE Skincare partners, spas, clinics, or doctor's offices must be returned directly to the original place of purchase. Each authorized partner maintains its own return and exchange policy.

Unauthorized Sellers

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased from unauthorized websites, retailers, or third-party sellers.
